A sewer scope camera inspection from Red Stag Inspections is a flat rate of $165. We run the camera through an existing, accessible cleanout. We do not pull toilets for sewer scope inspections.

Thermal imaging is $120 as an add-on to a home inspection, or $200 as a standalone thermal imaging inspection.

Mold testing is $200, which includes the outdoor control sample, plus $55 per indoor sample. Particle ID testing is $200, which includes the outdoor control sample, plus $80 per indoor sample. We recommend at least one indoor sample for each level of the home.

Cancellations prior to 24 hours before the scheduled time of the inspection will be charged a $50 fee to cancell.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours to the scheduled time of inspection will be subject to 50% of the total invoiced amount to be charged to process the cancelled appointment.

WHY?

It takes us roughly 3 hours of work to process agreements, invoices, and scheduling the appointment with listing agents. Then the inconvienence of trying to fill the appointment slot that was held for your inspection. We turned someone else down who wanted to schedule that time since you booked it. Which in turn can cause us a loss in revenue. To offset these losses we have implimented this cancellation policy.
