Structural Components

• Attic and crawl space condition, insulation, and ventilation

Roof and Exterior

• Roof covering material, age, and visible wear or damage (including hail damage, common in Colorado)

• Grading and drainage around the home

Electrical System

• Main panel, breakers, and visible wiring
• Outlets, switches, and GFCI protection in wet areas
